Refund Policy

*1. Eligibility for Refunds*

- Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

*2. Process for Refunds*

- To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at refunds@nyulposh.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

*3. Shipping Costs for Returns*

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
- If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

*4. Inspection and Approval*

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

*5. Partial Refunds*

- Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items that are returned after the 30-day return period, items not in their original condition, or items with missing parts not due to our error.

*6. Late or Missing Refunds*

- If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of approval, please first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

*7. Exchanges*

- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at exchanges@nyulposh.com.
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive the original item and inspect its condition.
